Tis The Season For Holiday Fun!
At Ernest Homes, we love the city of Richmond Hill. (That’s why we love building in Dunham Marsh and Wexford!) The sense of warmth and hospitality makes everyone feel instantly at home. One of our favorite events is the Annual Christmas Decorating Contest for Great Richmond Hill and South Bryan County Homes.
We can’t think of anything that gets you into the holiday spirit faster than touring through neighborhoods, taking in the lights and decorations! This year’s judging will take place beginning December 14th; winners will be announced on December 18th. Homes will be judged on the following categories:
- Most Original
- Most Creative Use of Lights
- Best Use of Inflatables
- The "Griswold" Award
- Judge's Choice
- Best Animated Yard
- People's Choice (Home, Neighborhood & Business)
You can participate in the voting for the People’s Choice award on the Richmond Hill Facebook page.
If living in the charming city of Richmond Hill is on your Christmas wishlist, time is running out. Our Dunham Marsh community is in Final Closeout phase. There are a very limited number of opportunities remaining in this beautiful community. Imagine living in a neighborhood that has plenty of green space, a 2.5-acre pond, and a variety of amenities. A salt-water swimming pool with beach entry, and an elegant pool club complete with cabanas and outdoor fireplaces. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, entertain the kids at the playground, or throw a party in the all-purpose community room. Dunham Marsh is served by the top-rated Bryan County School District, and is close to shopping, the Fort McAllister marina, Ford Plantation and Sterling Links golf courses, the new DeVaul Henderson Park, and I-95. With starting prices in the $250's and marsh-view home sites, this community is a holiday wish come true!
The spirit of the holidays is everywhere in Richmond Hill! Join in the festivities during the Home Decorating Contest and other community events. Then get in touch with Ernest Homes about finding a home in one of our communities. Happy Holidays!
