It takes a special kind of team to build a family home — that’s why Ernest Homes, a company created and carried on by family, is the perfect partner for your journey. Our team is made up of talented, hard-working, and compassionate people who love what they do, and above all else, love family. We can’t wait to welcome you into ours.

Beth Williams-Holley
President
As co-founder and president of Ernest Homes, Beth Williams-Holley takes great pride in continuing the success of the company that she started with her husband over 30 years ago. A believer in life-long education, Beth earned her BA in general studies (with minors in mathematics and psychology) from Armstrong Atlantic University. In 2007, she earned her master’s degree in human relations from Liberty University. It was her passion for education in the workplace, and particularly in the homebuilding industry, that inspired her to form the first education committee for the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Savannah. Her many accomplishments in the industry include developing unified Builder-REALTOR® relations, and becoming the founding president of the Bryan County chapter of the Home Builders Association. In 2005, she accepted an appointment from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to serve as chairperson for the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and a member of (NAHB) Executive Board of Directors. Just two years later, Beth became the first woman president of the HBA of Greater Savannah. In 2012, the HBA awarded her with the prestigious Hall of Fame Award for her lifetime of dedication to the homebuilding industry. Today, she is a licensed REALTOR®, and a member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. A proud mother and grandmother, Beth attends Bethel Baptist Church of Richmond Hill, and enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with her family.
Jessica Miles
Chief Executive Officer
The eldest daughter of Ernest and Beth Williams, Jessica Miles officially started working for Ernest Homes at age 16, after school and during the summers. Having started out as an administrative assistant, Jessica has worked in the accounting, purchasing, estimating, and sales departments, and now serves as our CEO, managing the day-to-day operations of the company. She received her real estate license in 2001, and her residential/light commercial builders license in July 2019. Jessica particularly enjoys the unique opportunity to work with all types of people, and finds that no two days at work are the same. A licensed REALTOR® with Liz & Associates Realty, Jessica is a member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS® and the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. When she’s not working, you can find Jessica reading and spending time with her family. Her life’s mantra is to find joy in the little things: “There’s a lot in the world and in life that can bring you down, so it’s important for me to find something joyful every day. It can be a hug at the end of the day, a nice comment from someone, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.”
Stephanie Lewis
Chief Operations Officer
The youngest daughter of Ernest Williams and Beth Williams Holley, Stephanie started working for the family business at a young age during the summers between school. She joined the team team full-time as an administrative assistant in 2001, and subsequently worked within the accounting, purchasing, estimating, and sales departments. After taking her many talents to Citi Trends, where she was responsible for the construction, renovation, maintenance, and leasing of over 500 stores across the United States, Stephanie eagerly returned to the family business in 2011. In 2013, after building and refining her home design skills in her role with Ernest Homes, Stephanie’s expert design and merchandising of the Greybeard model at Belmont Glen was recognized with the first place award in overall design by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah, where she’s a proud member. Today, Stephanie is our chief operations officer, and oversees the design center, model home merchandising, quality control, and the warranty department. Passionate and hardworking, she believes that carrying on her father’s legacy with an amazing team of people is the most gratifying part of her job. When she’s not in the office, you can most likely find Stephanie spending time with her two wonderful children, reading, and being on the water.
David Millek
Director of Construction
While serving in the United States Army, David Millek earned his license to become an airframe and powerplant mechanic. In 2001, he decided to redirect his talents in management and construction from aircrafts to residential homes, and joined the management team at Ernest Homes. As our director of construction, David oversees day-to-day building development, procedures, and processes. A hands-on worker who respects every craftsman and vendor that assists him in the home building process, David takes great pride in each and every Ernest home built, and is grateful to every client who entrusts him and his team with their new home investment. Born and raised in Paw Paw, Michigan, David has a strong appreciation for the coastal living of Richmond Hill, Georgia. A former volunteer firefighter for Bryan County, David enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, three children, and two granddaughters.
Lorri Bryson
Staff Accountant
Growing up with a father in the Air Force, Lorri has lived in and experienced all kinds of places, from North Carolina to the Philippines. She attended a technical school for accounting, and started her career doing payroll. After moving to Richmond Hill for her husband’s job, she discovered Ernest Homes, and has since been a beloved member of our team for 15 years. From payroll to paying the bills, Lorri’s job duties as staff accountant emcompasses all of our accounting needs. She also does quarterly and yearly reports, and helps with the budget and financials. But she especially loves doing the closing of the HUDs whenever we close a home! Lorri says the best part of her job is when she gets to interact with everyone in the company on some level, whether someone has a question about their paycheck or has a question about their commission. A few standout moments include getting to attend home closings, and seeing the smiles on the faces of new homeowners. “It’s the people that matter,” Lorri says. Outside of the office, you can find Lorri running, biking, and being outdoors, as well as volunteering for her church. She also loves making things for others, from homemade soaps to blankets, but most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son (the light of her life).

Suzy Metcalf
Customer Care Coordinator
Born in Dade City, Florida, Suzy worked for companies like Pasco Abstract and Chelsea Title performing title searches before marrying her husband, Parker, in 1979 (they’re now celebrating 40 years!) After spending her years working in both Houston, TX and Florida, Suzy settled into her Georgia home in 2014 to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren, and we couldn’t be happier she made the move... In 2015, Suzy joined Ernest Homes as our front desk coordinator, and has since brought an invaluable amount of positivity to our office and our homebuyers alike. Her duties include assisting new homebuyers with warranty needs and processing vendor invoices. The “face of Ernest Homes,” Suzy is the first person you see when you come upstairs to the office — and we wouldn’t have it any other way. When it comes to her day-to-day experience, Suzy finds getting to know and assisting our homebuyers with their new homes to be the most gratifying part. She loves putting minds at ease, and having all warranty issues solved in a timely and efficient manner. “Customer service is key!” she says. In her free time, Suzy loves hanging out with her daughter and grandchildren (you can even find her playing video games with the little ones too), as well as reading, gardening, taking walks around her neighborhood, and vacationing with her family. Last but not least, Suzy now lives in an Ernest home of her own, and “just loves it.”
Colleen Fullerton

She started out as a buyer’s agent in Atlanta before moving to Richmond Hill in 2013, and selling Ernest homes for Re/Max. Day in and day out, Colleen finds great joy in working for a family-owned company. “Jessica, Stephanie, and Beth make you feel like part of their family,” Colleen says. When she’s not in the office, you can most likely find Colleen spending time with her husband (her high school sweetheart!), her two daughters, and her dogs and cat, as well as going on trips, doing “fixer-upper” projects, and visiting her brother in Atlanta and her sister in Massachusetts.
